So how does this all work? How do we get the ball rolling? – We love meetings and as a lot our clients don’t often live near us we offer Skype / Google Hangout consultations. Most people book us without meeting us as we love to answer questions, be it on the phone, video calling or via email. Drop us an email and we will take you through the process step by step.
How long will it take to see our photos? – We aim to send you your slideshow and the full set of images within 6 weeks after the wedding, which you can then share with your friends and family.
Where are you based? – We are based in the UK, however we travel worldwide for Weddings.
Do you charge for travel? – We charge for travel outside of the UK. We book our own flights so there’s no hassle for you. We kindly ask that you provide us with accommodation where the Wedding is taking place.
We hate having our pictures taken so what do we do? – From experience we have found that nearly all our clients have either never had a professional photo shoot or are nervous about being in front of the camera. Everything is photographed in a very natural way so we won’t ever ask you to look at the camera and give us a cheesy smile. During your portraits (pictures of just the two of you) we will very subtly give you direction so that we can see the chemistry between the two of you.
Do you offer wedding albums? – Yes absolutely, we have a stunning range of albums and products and nearly all our brides end up wanting one!
Do you shoot the traditional group photos and all the details? – Yes we do, we are happy to set aside some time on the day to capture those important family photos and all the details that you have spent a long time planning.
How do we book you? – Just simply fill out the contact form and tell us about your wedding. Once you are happy with your quote, everything is finalised online. It just takes a few minutes to electronically sign your contract, pay the retainer and we’re good to go.
